Following my appointment with Bianca, assisted by Gia, yesterday I wanted to let you know that I felt very comfortable and safe from arriving at the surgery through to my departure. Bianca and Gia explained everything very well and Bianca was extremely thorough and helpful during my treatment, I cannot imagine all the work that must have gone into making the surgery virus safe as well as the extra ongoing work necessary in continuing to adhere to all the new rules and regulations.
