Dr Salimi received his degree in Dentistry from the prestigious Gothenburg University in Sweden in 1991.
After working in Sweden for over 11 years, both as an Associate and Principal Dentist, he moved with his family to the UK. He first carved his dental career in the south of England, but being into outdoor activities – especially rock climbing – he decided to move to the Highland in 2014, running a practice in Inverness. Leaving Sunny Scotland after the first lockdown to be closer to his extended family, Dr Salimi chose Pembridge Dental as his new home.
Dr Salimi focuses on prevention and gentle Dentistry; he is very well mannered and treats adults and children. Pembridge Dental takes pride in our high standards of patient care, and Dr Salimi fits in with our ethos. He regularly attends national and international courses and seminars, so he is up to date with the latest developments in cosmetic and preventative dentistry. He has a strong interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, including Lumineers, Veneers and porcelain crowns.
As well as dentistry, Dr Salimi has a keen interest in facial aesthetics. He has over ten years of experience in wrinkle reduction procedures and the advanced use of dermal fillers for treatments such as non-surgical rhinoplasty (nose job), lip enhancement and many more treatments.
