Patient Journey

Your first visit is usually a consultation appointment with one of our dentists. Your dentist will spend a considerable time getting to know you, your general health and the health of your mouth.

A thorough examination will be undertaken using powerful loupes, x-rays and other specialised equipment. All of our examinations consist of an oral cancer screen as well as a screen of your gums and, of course, your teeth.

Our dentists pride themselves on their ability to explain the findings of the consultation and any diagnoses or treatment required in a simple, understandable way, and any fees associated with treatment are completely transparent from the outset.

Our main focus is you, and by putting your interests first we are able to deliver high-quality dental care using state-of-the-art equipment.
Your first Visit
If you require any treatment, the process of the treatment will be clearly explained to you from the outset, including length of the appointment, what to expect on the day, aftercare and fees.

Our dental team is fully trained to ensure your appointment is comfortable, and the feedback we receive from our patients fully reflects this.
Treatment
Your aim and our aim is to keep your teeth in a healthy state throughout your life, and there is no reason why we can’t achieve this. We truly believe in preventing disease, and we devote a considerable time at each appointment educating all of our patients in prevention.

One aspect of this is seeing our patients at regular re-call intervals, which is usually every 6 months for most patients. This can be less or more depending on your current level of dental excellence.

At this level of re-call we are able to detect and treat any problems early, ensuring you retain an excellent level of dental health.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received at our practice then you can complain directly to us via our Complaints Manager either at the practice or over the phone, or, if you wish, you can speak directly to one of our dentists.
